Prior to the inception of ABD Overseas Manpower Corporation its President, Ms. Alicia B. Devulgado has already been very active in the recruitment industry. While serving in several recruitment agencies as a Marketing Director, she has become knowledgeable in all aspects of the industry. The good turn out of the businesses that she worked with and the increase in number of her clients gave birth to the idea of establishing her own company. Finally she was able to acquire a duly licensed recruitment company, United Placement International reorganized it into a new corporation; which is now ABD OVERSEAS MANPOWER CORPORATION. It was registered with Securities and Exchange Commission on December 03, 1990.
